   – Deposits & Initial Payments:
   Any deposit or upfront payment made to begin a service is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   – Cancellation Before Commencement:
   You may cancel a project before work has started. In such cases, we may refund part or all of the amount paid, minus any administrative or preparation fees incurred.
   – Cancellation After Work Has Started:
   If you cancel a service after work has commenced, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.
   
   
3. Digital Products & Downloads
   
   Due to the nature of digital content:
   – No Refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, unless the product is found to be faulty or not as described.

   – Cancellations:
   You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
   – Refunds:
